We Want You to Love Your Purchase

Every Hold True Co. item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we can't accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, ordering the wrong color, or simply changing your mind.

If we make a mistake, we'll make it right.

Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

We're happy to provide a replacement or refund if:

• You received the wrong item.
• Your order arrives damaged.
• Your item has a manufacturing or printing defect.

If you experience any of these issues, please email cwalker@holdtrueco.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
